2026 nMB National Broker Conference – Sunshine Coast
We recently spent an incredible few days together at the nMB conference, bringing brokers, partners and the wider nMB team together for connection, learning and meaningful conversation. With strong engagement throughout the event and an energised atmosphere across every session, it was a standout few days for the network.
Our full nMB community came together to connect, collaborate and share insights, resulting in plenty of takeaways. The conference featured a diverse lineup of keynote speakers who each delivered thought provoking and inspiring sessions. Here’s a snapshot of the speakers and highlights from the program:
- Andrew Klein returned as MC, once again setting the tone of the conference with his energy, professionalism and ability to keep the room engaged throughout.
- Nadine Champion delivered 10 Seconds of Courage, sharing powerful lessons on resilience, mindset and the small moments that can lead to meaningful change.
- Glenn McGrath reflected on leadership, discipline and consistency, offering lessons shaped by his career at the top of international cricket.
- Kristina Karlsson spoke candidly in Lessons from building and losing a $650m global business and starting again with a smile, offering an honest and inspiring perspective on entrepreneurship, setbacks and starting again with purpose.
- Rodney Cottam and Chris Paterson from Run Rocket Run presented Enhancing Performance, focusing on accountability, consistency and practical ways to lift performance in both business and life.
- Abbie White explored The Growth Paradox, challenging conventional thinking around success, ambition and what it really means to grow sustainably.
- Stephen Scheeler took the audience on a global journey with Disruptopia: From rustbelt America to the cutting edge of AI, sharing insights on leadership, innovation and navigating disruption in a rapidly changing world.
A highlight of the conference was the nMB Broker Panel, hosted by Paul Chapman, where Blake Thorn, Jake Sewell and Lina Avramidis openly shared their broker journeys and insights into building successful, sustainable businesses.
The Supporting Women in Business Network event was another key feature of the program, with Susan Walton sharing her experiences and perspectives in a session that sparked thoughtful discussion and connection.
Supported by the nMB Partner Program and delivered alongside the broader nMB team, the event reinforced the strength of the nMB network and the value of coming together to learn, connect and move forward together.
